If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returns must be in original and merchandisable condition, and a 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns.

All refunds are issued back to the original method of payment (i.e. Credit card or PayPal). The refund will be issued within 5 business days of the order being received.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees to return merchandise.

Rosary Creations may (at its discretion) determine to make all sales final after making a reasonable effort to resolve any issues brought to it by the customer.

Rosary Creations is not responsible for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. All insurance claims must be referred to the United States Postal Service with the appropriate tracking number. No refunds will be issued for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments received by the customer.
